По-моему, эта кассирша из пиццерии иллюстрирует некоторые причины, почему американцам удается многое из того, что не удается россиянам. И дело не только в том, что в Америке больше простых людей, с любовью делающих простую рутинную работу. Дело еще в разнице оценки со стороны: менеджер Майкрософта, подводя итоги своей многолетней работы в компании, вспоминает ту кассиршу как пример для уважения и подражания.
